Home webserver access very slow.

Hi ALL !
I have set up tomcat web server on my PC behind linksys router. It run ok. But I still got minor problem. When I go outside my network and using other computer of other computer network to access my web site some computer network access my website fast but some computer access my webstie very very slow. Some body known this problem, please show me how to fix it. I really want to said thank you if some body show me how to fix it.
