host partner required with own server

The letter below explains my circumstances, I have a current account with you but I will need to have my own dedicated server soon, with full functions, but not the top of the range one right away, the server size will need to be increased with the user database increasing please let me explain:

Myself and my developers are producing a unique piece of software for the end users desktop, all is explained below.
Yes, I do want to have our own server with you, but current financial circumstances do not permit me to date, this will change very soon.

I am in a bit of a dilemma here, and help is required. Our new software will be available in around 6 months time, this is when we will require the server if not before for testing purposes before we go live, our software will be available on a 14 day trial and also on CD.
Our company revenues will not commence until the start of the upload of the software and site, but it will generate a huge return.

I am asking for a little help in the start-up process, I have 2 options to give:
Give us the least amount of bandwidth until our revenues start to flow or:
Give us the full server to start with and take a fixed % of all memberships from the software on an on-going basis.
Which ever the case, I would really appreciate your help and comments.

My company is currently developing a new email desktop application, the program is a one of a kind in the World and it will be in demand in high volumes, this is the program and why we want a hosting company on board with us:

The program consists of an email program much like Outlook Express with built in functions like:

One to One Video
E-mail broadcasting functions
SMS text messaging
Similar to Yahoo messenger interface functions
Private one to one advertising from in built email lists.
Ezine advertising
It is going to take my developers approx 6 months to develop this new software, the bandwidth level may be quite high in volumes, especially for the adult one to one video service.

The email functions will be also very high with an average per registered user sending out around 50,000 emails per day. This will be performed on a payscale.

We have our own anti-spam program for the server, so no worries there.

The actual program will be available on both CD and desktop for the user.

We require a hosting company to come on board with us for a long-term business.

Now for the server fee’s:

We will be placing the software on all search engines, plus sending out our package to 1 million people per week to download the software on a trial basis, then for payment.

We have not yet decided upon the actual cost of the software, but for the live one to one video functions this will be done by memberships ONLY.

The bandwidth usage will be very high, speculating the amount of users for our software it will run into ?? gig per month estimated, but this will be from 0 onwards depending on the number of uses.

But your company share will be the fixed % per new registered user we attract on an on-going basis.

I am offering the hosting company a fixed % of our companies’ profits per customer we get, this compared with us just purchasing a hosting package will be more beneficial to you as the hosting company especially when we will attract a high volume of users.

I have not got the funds to purchase our own dedicated server; this is why I require your help on a long-term basis, only if you feel this is something worth doing. I do not want to waste your time or mine.

I would like to have a full hosting package with full functions, if this is at all possible, we can discuss the business in more detail, but please only reply if you have the capability and you wish to go into a formal agreement with us.
