Host Rocket

First of all I want to explain that I'm not working for HostRocket, I am just a customer of them for 2 years.

I have a website which gets about 2,000 visitors / day and has 30,000 (40,000 max.) pageviews a day.

The plan now they offer is 50 Gig/month bandwidth with 1,000 MB storage.

The most important thing rather than above is that their servers are always up. You can have your e-mails answered by the customer support in between 5-10 minutes max. You just sometimes wait for an answer if it is early in the morning. Other times they are very fast and they do come with help. ýn fact I've read some important messages from people telling problems they've had with Hostrocket when registering 2 years ago but I didn't have any of them. I think they have changed a lot that days to change these thoughts and everything's great now.

I had a second account with them and i'm on server 56 I think. That's my second website with them which is on a different server and things seem going right here, too.

I don't know the exact word for that but, there are no traffic limits for intra day, either. What I want to mean is, if your site gets a lot of traffic in any part of the day, your server handles this without any cut of service (sorry for my English)

One month I have exceeded my traffic limit but they didn't suspend my site but that was a minor difference, say 51gigs instead of 50.

The thing i like most with them is (again I'm saying) their uptimes. I live in a different continent (Istanbul/Turkey-between Europe and Asia) and the service was always up since two years for my first site. They must be down sometime, probably i didn't catch one because it is impossible to have that kind of service but there's one thing clear that they do their works on the server very fast.

There was something missing on the signup page when registering my second site, and that was the checkout page. The page didn't say that "your credit card will be charged $xx, do you agree?", but you can trust them except this missing page. I didn't have any billing mistakes since 2 years, nor any hidden charges. The only charge is the instant setup fee. You may read the others and they won't charge you if you don't want them.

That's all.. Sure you'll like the service if you try (Yes, instead of signing-up with a service which says unlimited space and traffic to get none, that's far better) Oh, sorry. I didn't write their URL. It's URL

(The difference here is that I can't get anything by writing this message, please believe that I have nothing to do with them except being a satisfied customer. Besides, I have spent 15-20 minutes for writing these lines. I just want you to have a reliable provider cause I've just moved my "second site" from Istanbul to their servers because the hosting provider here in ýstanbul was soooo bad. I had enough with these kind of companies and i 've wasted my last 4 months which was already paid.)
