Question Host usage laws

Hello, everyone;
I've been programming and designing web pages for about 3 years now, and I consider myself very experienced on the technical side of things, so I was thinking of starting a small local business to create web pages for other small local businesses (auto parts stores, bookstores, local restaurants, etc.) as a side job with another experienced programmer/friend. Skill-wise my partner and I are covered.

The problem is, obviously in order to create webites for people, we need servers. Monetarily it is not a viable option to buy our own servers and maintain them and their connections ourselves.

There are a number of hosts available on the web that we could use, however I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of legal issues would be involved for us to commercially create websites and store them on another company's servers; is this even an issue? Does there need to be a contract of some sort?

Any information would be appreciated.
Thank you;
erydo

If there was such an issue, it would defeat the whole purpose of web hosting, so no there isn't one.

$100/mo from rackshack.net is a quite good deal for a dedicated box. Of coure if you can live with shared ones, you can pick up a deal for as low as $5/mo
