2) How long have you been in business?
3) How many employees do you have (approx.)?
4) Where are you physically located?
5) Do you have merchant account support?
6) Oracle support? (we don't need it now but may do later)
7) SQL Server support? (we don't need it now but may do later)
8) Java support?
9) Do you have one rate or do you also have wholesale rate, as well?
10) What are your rates?
11) If you have a merchant account support, what are the rates?
12) Do you allow shell account? Or do I have to rely exclusively on FTP?
