Cool

Ok,
I am looking to set up my own company (while im still working). Basically I have net access all day (modem at work, cable modem at home). I want to set up my site to offer web design and hosting online. I dont expect much in the way of people buying design online, but I do want to get a lot of hosting, as a result I would like the following:
- Automated account setup (so I can tie my buy pages in and the account is set up without my intervention)
-Credit card processing
-SSL (not worried about it been handled by my domain... i.e. can be URL) (i can hide that )
-PHP/MySQL (of course)
-I would like some sort of control panel, though im not worried about my clients having one.
-FTP/Shell or Tellnet access

Cant think of much else, but im sure there is
Oh yeah and im looking to spend less than £50 setup and £20 a month with about £5 per account per month max or a yearly fee.

Cheers
Danny

Not everything you want but :-
www.php4hosting.co.uk/reseller.htm £
www.php4hosting.com/reseller.htm $

Some of the options you just won't get (I.E. card processing and automated account creation)

Regards
Darren

Danny,

I see that you are looking for some development and hosting. The ability to process CC will need the assistance of a merchant account (which we can provide). Online CC processing companies like 2checkout.com do offer cheaper alternatives but an online saying is "You get what you pay for", which means that if your looking to pay a small price expect lower quality work and support. 2 Checkout.com has been down quite a few times this week as well, so you should opt for a full merchant if you want realtime CC processing versus the once a month payout like 2checkout.com offers. Depending on how much you would like to pay for the design i know that i can get some designers to do any sort of design you would like and the starting rate would be around $300.00 for a simple few pages but definatly with a corporate feel and look. The hosting package that i see that would benefit you the most would have to be the reseller package which woulld allow you to allocate disk space and bandwidth to all your clients. This is done by using WHM (WebHostManager), an online control panel. Your clients will also have the option to use Cpanel as their default Control Panel. You will also get unlimited MySQL databases and you will also have PHP functionality. FTP/SSH and Telnet access are enabled.

The Datacenter is with Level(3) commuications and is located in Chicago,IL. We have been in buiness for the last 6 years (since 1997). If you would like we can chat at:
