Hosting Multiple Domains

I have win2k server and am hosting my site on there at the moment. My buddy wants to put his site on my server, but I can't seem to figure out how to host multiple domains. I have been poring over the web looking for answers, forums, guides, and have come up empty handed so I thought I would post a question.

Does anyone know how to set up win2k server to host more than one domain? A link to the info or mabey a guide would be great!

Are you using Win 2k Active Directory?
