Hosting with Monsterhosting.ca

I have a client that is looking for a web hosting solution, and I would be interested to know if anyone (besides the monsterhosting.ca moderator!) has any experience with monsterhosting.ca.

I don't have any experience with them what so ever however I would be shocked if they did not provide reliable service and great support. I have also never seen anything bad written about them, only good!

I wouldn't question them... very nice people to work with Afterall, they helped me out when I first started my hosting.

I just wanted to thank everybody for their input. I have relayed your messages to my client, and based on what you all have said I am recommending that he take the plunge so we can move forward.

Personally, I opened an account for a small site myself, and though I would feel more at ease about support if they had a telephone number contact, thus far, I have had excellent response to the tickets I have opened. Lets' hope it keeps up ...

I was considering another hoster, but the sales contact never replied to either of two emails I sent, so I moved along and that's when I found monsterhosting. The sales contact there was very quick to respond to my questions ... that clinched it for me ... now I just have to work on my client.
