Angry hostxl disaster

I used to be on whm-host. they were the best web hosting company anyone could want.

then hostxl came along and brought them out ...

hostxl are the worst !!!!! (im just warning everyone)

1. your account randomly dissapears
2. you cannot get onto your site for most parts of the day ... everyday
3. they treat their customers liek crap. they actually make fun of you and tell you that that dont care
4. when ever there seems to be a problem with there service their support on instant messaging programs stops, same on their online help and they do not tell anyone about it at all (it normally results in a couple of accounts dissappearing)
5. they have asupport system ... not really any need ... you submit a problem then you look a few days later and its gone, deleted and no message or anything ...
6. just looking at their prices im glad that i have a free year, when my account runs out im running away fast i am hopfully going to move away from them very soon anyway because there is no point building websites when you cannot have them online

im just warning everyone - im sure that they dont actually have a server, they just pretend, take your money and then never speak to you again

You're still with them? Looks like in November you were having problems as well:
http://forums.devshed.com/showthread.php?t=205226

Their website just pisses me off quite honestly. The window transition crap, it's too busy and it just doesn't get on my good side.

I love that they have pictures missing on their main page especially. I mean that says quality right there.
