I am trying to outsourcing a project of building a web site but had no idea how much it will cost. The web site has the same magtitude as devshed. Can anyone tell me how much it needs and how long it will take to build it?

Anywhere from $500-$10,000. It depends on graphic use and third party programs.

Considering the fact the devshed is template, databasedriven and probaly only that. (I.e. not built from scratch)
I'd guess rater $500-$10 000
Building devshed.com lookalike from scratch, I'd guess $10 000- $30 000.
