I'm Looking for a good hosted shopping cart solution

Hi everyone

I am newbies in field of internet marketing. I am a small businessman, dealing in gifts, toys, and home decorative items. I have a catalog of around 500-650 products.Looking for a good hosted shopping cart solution. It must facilitate;
catalog management, online shopping cart, support for all online payment methods, customer management, sales notification information system, proper reporting system, product inventory, easy to maintain administrative panel, professional look of website.
I heard about hosted shopping cart solution particularly monster commerce and b2bparadise, but i am confused, as i think such type of solution provides little flexibility.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me
Thanks.

Hey,
Yea, Josh is right about that. Most hosts have that as an easy install option from cPanel.

Along with that, look into merchant accounts and an SSL certificate for your buyers.

I agree. oscommerce.com is the way to go and you can find host that can supply the ssl included with the hosting package.

I completely agree. OSCommerce is the best shopping cart out there.

Exclamation oscommerce-no way

I don’t think U should ever go for Oscommerce. At least I won’t recommend it dear . I’ve rather had very bad experiences with it. OsCommerce left some security holes when we had used it. Also u will be facing problem in modifying it.
Just taking a look will not be sufficient dear. You shuld seek out for existing customers of options you have .and I saw the options you have mentioned. analyze their demo…also.
…thts all I would recommend for now….
Best of luck for yr adventure
Vips.

Arrow there r so many things i need..

First of all, thanks friends for your continuous support. I’ve heard the same stories of problems about oscommerce as well as miva option. What I want is a shopping cart solution which could be safe for me securitywise, and easy to handle too. As i’m not much of a hardcore technical person myself. Also I would never like to change the service provider after I get its services. As it was recommended I saw the demos. I also got mails supporting the providers. And I’ve talked to guys of b2bparadise and they have been quite helpful. Can anyone tell me about it… (www.b2bparadise.com) anyone having seeing its options or something like it…...??
hoping to get more suggestions
cheers
