My friend suggested I go with them. Any insight into their service and reliability?

I set up an account there about two months ago. Now I have ten accounts there. Their support is amazing, go to their website, submit a ticket, they say you have to wait up to one hour, but I've never waited more than 10 minutes.

I highly recommend them.
