In quest of a reliable host

I have been trying to find a web host for days.

I have a few accounts with communitech but am not interested in giving them anymore for various reasons.

I've learned who the bad hosts are, but I have yet to hear of any really good ones.

This is what I want - Unix - any flavour as long as its current + apache

php - version 4
mysql
ssi
cgi-bin
access to raw logs
control panel
ftp
telnet
good online support
dedicated ip address
25-50 megs of space
2 or more gigs of bandwidth (lower overage charges)

prefer a host that offers an online forum for users

I want to pay about $25.00 a month, I don't want to pay a set up fee, but will if I have to.

Any suggestions? Wish I could afford a dedicated server at this point but I have one site that is just too d*mn big to move.

I recently switched to www.qwk.net for a virtual host - been with them since June 20 and have been very pleased with their performance. You may wish to check them out.

(My previous hosting company was a disaster that kept on happening.)

I use linux web host. I recomend that host to every one. Really cheap with all the features. http://www.linuxwebhost.com/

Well, I'm hosting with www.cedant.com, and I like it! It's reliable and more over, it has most of the functions you need!

A new host that offer those things is www.thinkhost.com
And I'm considering www.catalog.com
