Thumbs down ipowerweb are really TERRIBLE
Beware of ipowerweb

Their billing team made a mistake and thought that I did not pay. Without sending me a notice they deleted my server files and gave the server to someone else.

I did not make a backup for the site for a long time and everything is lost. They do not answer my letters now for about a week, and they do not refund the money I paid them already.

They are TERRIBLE!!!

Some hosts do use only automated systems and never check if their staff makes mistakes from time to time. They should call you before terminate your account. If they don't that means that they do not care about you.

Sign up for a server with host that will contact you before start making changes in you account status.

Yeah... even for my free hosing members I suspend any violator's accounts for a few days to a week before I wipe out the data.... ( if the suspended person don't reply then I would just take it that he doesn't bother about his site and then delete it. )

Call them and demand an answer!!
