Looking for a new host

Currently I am on a win2K server and I am looking to move to another host. Should I stay with a windows 2000 plan or switch to a Unix plan? I use Frontpage 2000, and have a few ASP pages. I also am looking to setup a shopping cart. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Minimum requirements:
100meg space
3-5 G bandwidth
ASP
Frontpage 2000 extentions and MS Access compatability
Static IP (?)
free subdomains
access to a shared secure server
custom error pages
Password protected pages
Control Panel

Of course these requirements are not written in stone, so any suggestions will be entertained.
