Looking for a WHM/CPanel backup solution

Like the title says, I'm now looking for a backup solution for our hosting here. We've had some big issues with the one that we re using now ("loosing" files, back ups not being done, etc) and I need to find something else.

What I need is:

1. Do automated back ups of CPanel accounts or whole WHM accounts.
2. Allow for easy restore of the back ups at any time.
3. Hosted solution as we don't have the ability to do this in-house at the moment (I know that's not good, but maybe one day... if I can convince them a bit more)

Does anyone know of a system that can do these things. Price isn't a huge issue because after the issues we've had so far we are happy to pay for more for solution that actually works.

You can automate it in your server itself using WHM backup option itself. Enable backup option in backup configuration in WHM.

Yes I know that I can do it myself. But that is not an automatic off-site storage solution. If the server dies, the so do the back ups and that's what I want to avoid.
