Anyways yeah theplanet seem to own pretty much, very very fast customer support (2 minute wait after a reboot request!), their 'orbit' customer support panel is very good.
THe only 'downside' (I don't consider it much of a downside unless you're *really* sure you *need* to colocate) is they're in the US as probably mentioned above. I don't think this is a major issue unless you expect to be adding extra custom servers, disk arrays, network cards, etc etc that you need to be sure are fitted as you want them. From what you're saying computer this probably won't be for a little while yet.
My vote goes with www.theplanet.com - highly recommended.
