Looking for sitehost4u.com Experiences

A client has recently decided that they wish to use this host:

http://www.sitehost4u.com

as the host for their upcoming site. I don't know why exactly, but I get a bad feeling about this host. The first thing that bugged me was that they're still using PHP 3 on their site, and they offer Perl 5.004. There are some major differences between 5.004 and the two newer versions (particularly 5.006) that I don't know that I care to deal with (though I may not have much of a choice).

To top it off, it looks like they haven't updated their business pages in 2 years They're still going on about Y2K right on the main page.

I've found a couple of bad ratings on other sites about these guys, including one from HostReview.com, and I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything about them. I don't like the looks of where this is going, and if my hunch is correct, I'm definitely going to try to talk them into a different host.

Thanks!
