Question moving from my servers

I'm looking forward to move my services from MY servers to some hosting.
What I have now is this:
I'm managing various domain names, 6 or maybe more.
I have all of them seted up with diferents virtual hosts in my web server and I would like to do this.
I have my own mail server with several accounts working globaly (every_account@every_domain) and I would like it to work this way by now.
I also have the DNS servers.
I'm wishing to move this services to another since i'm having problems with my own server.
I think I need something preaty configurable since it will be working with my domain, with serveral virtual hosts for web servers and mail servers.
It will work with my DNS at the begining, but I would like to get DNS servers there.
I don't need any domain registration.
and I would like to have PHP and MySQL too.
Thank you.
