Multi Virtual Hosting?

I came across and I guess failed to bookmark a hosting corp. that had someting really inovative I thought. They selll packages with virtual space on dedicated servers like Windows, Linux, front end HTML, and mail servers what ever you need and you get the space you need on each.

So instead of leasing costly packages of each you pay for just what you need. There point being that each seperate server has fater speeds as they all do just one service.

Anyone seen offers like this? Any one interested in building something like this?
