My hosting service has left out in the cold

I have been reselling hosting packages for sites that I build for about 2 years now. The hosting company that I go through has never let me down. . . until now. I am trying to put together a site for a printing company where people can upload files via a form using php. The have an upload limit of 8mb per upload, which is far too small for a set up like this. Does anyone know of a reliable hosting company that has about the following features:

_- 600MB/Day Traffic (18GB/mon)

_- 50 Mailboxes
_- Login by Telnet or SSH
_- Custom CGI, SSI, PHP 4, Perl 5
