my search for a web host

I need your help finding the perfect web host for what I want.

I want:
So much bandwidth, space, etc I won't even know what to do with it.

Reliable, resposible, trustworthy web host

Inexpensive web host

A domain (example: http://www.domain.com)

Unlimited subpages (example: http://www.domain.com/subpage)

Sub Domains

A little more detail needed.
What type of site will it be?
What do you consider so much space/bandwidth you don't know what to do with it?
Need PHP?
MySQL?
Perl?
ASP?
What price range?

It is a website for video games. Screen shots, user submitted stuff (such as FAQs and Reviews), movies, trailers, etc.

I want so much bandwidth/space I won't need to worry if I'm about to run out.

PHP is a must.

MySQL is a must.

Don't need/want ASP.

Okay, I know I won't get what I want but there is always getting something similar. I'm willing to spend $20 at most a month. (I'm on a budget here)

Saying that you want something similar is really open to interpretation and I am not about to sit here guessing what you want or what you mean by that

Do a search through the forum for PHP hosts and search on Google and see what you find.

Multimedia takes up a lot of space so you'd be looking at a gb or more. ur not going to find a relaible host with that php and mysql for less than $20 per month

Well, it depends upon the host but generally speaking, at x price you can get either features or reliability. It's expensive to get both.

Sorry that you're having such a hard time finding what you're looking for. It sounds like you already have this site running on a different host that isn't as affordable as you would like it to be.

Are you aware of how much bandwidth the site uses at the moment? If so that will go a great distance in helping you find what kind of hosting plan you need.

If you do a search for the other posts by this user you will find that he is only just starting to learn PHP. As to having a site running yet using PHP, I very much doubt it. If you make your own site and expect it to get a large amount of hits you really need to ensure that the code if efficient, otherwise you will just run the server into the ground and be sitting there wondering why things are falling down around you.
