Thumbs down Navlem Hosting.. Down.

Does anyone else host with Navlem hosting?

I just signed up for a years hosting 2 days ago and for the last almost 24 hours it has been down.

Their site, www.navlemhosting.com, does not resolve anymore and my site has stopped resolving now.

Anyone know whats happening? This is highly annoying and hopefully I will be getting a refund and moving to another host that can actually keep their servers up and provide proper support.

you might want to look at how much your paying a month. I know they offer extremely cheap deals which typically means extremely low service, but then again I guess you are now disappointed because a "host" offered you the world for nothing, and you took it.

ofcourse i am not one to be stupid and just go for the cheapest hosting around, they had a decent amount of backup reviews from clients and ratings on hostcharts were high.. apparantly there was a problem with one of the clients and the server was conviscated.

great.

They expect to be online as soon as they can... I can see they're trying hard so no negativity towards them from my side.

why exactly are they down? 24 hours is a long time to be down for any reason. Things with a DC can usually be worked out extremely quickly...

Server was taken away by our server provider, i'm really sorry about this, but i'm gonna get it back ASAP

We have some cases of ebay scamming from our server and The Planet took our server for investigation...

It all brings down to customers who are irresponsible and inconsiderate. We are making new changes to the TOS, and abusers like this shall never exist anymore.

It'll be up ASAP

Irresponsible? Try calling yourself that too. It is YOUR job to make sure that your customers are abiding to your TOS. Even if it isn't in your TOS, you should be keeping a close watch on what customers are doing...

When you find a host that can't even be responsible enough to have emergency plans and has their servers taken away by the datacenter that usually means they're not coming back. They're not his property, he leases them. If he broke one of the datacenters terms of service (or one of his customers did, which he is responsible for), most likely they terminated service. If you have backups try getting your money back and look for a better host.

why did theplanet take it away? Usually you can resolve issues with theplanet pretty easy. If the FBI is invovled this is a outside theplanets hands which means a lot harder.
