I'm not quite sure what you mean by "sponsor" But we do offer both domain registration and hosting, stop by if you like http://hosting.mcdd.net Domain registration is $35.00 per year.

i'm building a site named ra-source... so as you can see it's an resource site.... i'm trying to put on it... my software services and my web design services... and also i want to make a forum that will containt some categories.... (php, design, webdesign,...) i'm trying to find a sponsor which can buy me a domain and also webhosting for this site.... but i need a good hosting since i need support for php, mysql, cgi and so on....

are you expecting nice traffic flow? if so, I suggest you get yourself few banners to cover your expenses in the beginnig.
So far the best ad company I've seen is commision junction, try to check them out www.cj.com
