NLNS.COM Reselling

We are planning to start Web Hosting and registered URL We find the URL offer best reseller plan. The only problem with them is that they have no control pannel for resellers clients. We need to provide our customers ability to change atleast their POP email id password. Can we use some PHP / Perl script to do that. Can anybody help?

You would need their help, its a bit poor if end users can't change passwords.

Are you sure they can't do it, its worth double checking.
