out-source facility for your own server?

Hi,

I was wondering if there are services out there that offer places to host your own servers? Say you were a small business and you didn't have facilities to keep all your servers in your building. Are there companies that would provide storage,power, physical security, Internet connectivity for a server that you purchased?

What are they called?

You can do a search for google on co-location if you want something local.

I recommend thePlanet or Peer1 if you do not require it to be local.
