i need a 100% FREE server that host php and mySQL can some one please help me ive looked every were and dont say f2s.com becase there free one is full

All those options yet only 4 megabytes of space, thats just a tease. (http://freephp.digiro.net/) I dont think I can even host my school's NJROTC website on that little space.
