phpwebhosting problem.

Anyone using phpWebHosting? I'm using them and today suddenly I can't go in using FTP, and when I use ssh to log in I get something like this as a prompt.

[I have no name!@liberty moliu]$

When I use the command ps -u moliu, they tell me there's no such user as moliu (moliu being my user name). Can anyone help?

Ask what your server is. They have different servers. Mine, for instance, is meta.phpwebhosting.com. Email them, then email me if possible, I'm kinda scouting out thier service.

Yeah, I used PHPWebHosting to host one of my client's sites, and I seriously regret it. Their servers only seem to have about a 60% uptime each day, and when they're not up there is NOTHING: no FTP, no TELNET, no SSH, and no web page serving.

We always tend to forget the old adage:

"If something looks too good to be true (like PHPWebHosting) then it probably is"

I know I have said it before but the domains are very simlar.
http://www.php4hosting.com is not related to the above host
