You have to use filezilla or similar software to upload files to your website. In filezilla, you have to provide hostname, username, password and port number in order to connect to your host. It is very easy to use.

Yes, the cpanel is the best way to upload your files,
no need knowledge about commands.
if you know commands then you can upload with ftp.

Usually I use command line ftp, but several options like Filezilla, SmartFTP, CuteFtp and cpanel.

Other really good option is using ant scripts or maven.

Lightbulb

If your web hosting has a control panel there is likely a file manager built in. Or as the other posters have suggested, you would use FTP. With FTP you would need to know the ip to connect to and would have to create a FTP user and password in your control panel.
