I want to understand your issue.
Are you saying that zeroconcept.net is your website? or is this the hosts website? |

i'd say he paid for 5 years of hosting, but the host is shutting down and are not returning emails and now he wants his money back.

1. if they even don't answer your email, they very likely have no intention to refund you;
2. if you paid by credit card, you may demand a charge back if it is still within the chageback period (e.g. 60 or 90 days, it depends on your card issuer); 3. if you paid by paypal, you may file a complaint; but unlikely to get your money back if it is beyond 30 days

rezapci, This happens a couple times a day with overnight hosts. The way you can tell someone is an overnight host is because they offer a lot of bandwidth (50-100 GB) and space (1-2 GB) for something like $5-$15 a month. May I suggest you avoid this type of hosts in the future and remember you get what you pay for. Expect to pay 30-50 cents per gb bandwidth. Ever notice you never see a company that has been in business for more then a year charges $5-$15 a month for 1-2 gb space/50-100gb bandwidth. Last edited by jmweb : April 12th, 2004 at 09:03 AM. |

It looks like this company was a reseller.
You may have better luck contacting the main hosting company. They are: http://www.servertransporter.com/ |

I don't think that the main company will be able to do anything...I doub't they will refund any money when they didn't make the sell..
Did you try saving your domain at least? You can file for dispute with your credit card if not too late. |

I know the main company won't give any money back but they may have his files backed up or he can move to them.
