problems with permission in Windows + Helm cp
Hi All!
I have a problem with my hosting service. Could someone give me some advice? Thanks!
My paid host runs in Windows Server 2003, control panel Helm. Because Helm doesn't support uploading via browser, I have to install "my own software" to do this. I use File Upload Manager v1.3 © thepeak to upload. It runs properly. However, when I install other programs to upload more files at a time, they don't work. I didn't make any change to those, just upload those through FTP. The problem is that why "of thepeak" works, other don't? Do I need to chmod to the folders? I think we don't need to chmod under Windows hosts, do we?
Can someone tell me more about set permissions in Windows host?
Thanks
