First, does it come with cPanel?
what's the difference between Fantastico and Fantastico de Luxe (by cpanelthemes.com)?

Cpanel/WHM + Fantastico comes as default when a server installed with this control panel.
I think you mean from "Deluxe" must be the newer versions of the Fantastio!

Fantastico is not installed on all cPanel servers it is an upgrade to most unless you get a special when you buy your server.

Fantastico or autoinstaller is merely a collection of some free scripts. But itself is NOT free. It automats the installation; so it helps you install the scripts more easily. However, it also may create trouble for site relocation or scripts updates. Some ppl like it, some don't.

WHM/CPNAEL definitely do NOT include these. These scripts are externel software/scripts for whm/cpanel.

Fantastico de Luxe just a name for the release.; no special meaning. (e.g. windows 95, windows 98...)

Fantastico & Cpanel are two different products provided by two different companies. Fantastico is an addon to Cpanel. We offer Cpanel With Fantastico with all of our dedicated servers at no extra cost.

HI

Some datacenters provide servers with preinstalled WHM/Cpanel and Fantastico. You don't need to pay additional fee.

Also some hosting companies provide Fantastico packages with its packages. Some companies want some fee for it, but most of them have packages with free Fantastico option.
