Thumbs up Rackshack now doing $5 domain names
hey everyone...

It looks like Rackshack.net has started registering domain names for $5 which is the cheapest ive seen yet.

I havent tried this new service... Ill try it out soon and see how it goes.

godaddy has been my favorite for some time.... although lately they have added way way to many advertisements and special offers to the signup process.

Hey wizarde

I think theyre ok, however the control panel is hard to use and is difficult for resellers and high domain transferers.

problems with a couplea bugs in the signup form too, but those will be smoothed over soon.

damn good price on the SSL certs though.

I have heard good reports from the people at WHT but then again, it is owned by rackshack. I will get round to trying them sometime.

I wonder if they are actually making money off of the domains that cheap.. of if they are benefitting in some other way?

I bought a few domains. They simply use OPenSRS. If all you need is domain registration then there is nothing wrong with them.
