Ragnarok Game Server

This may seem like a weird question but I was wondering if it is possible to set-up a Ragnarok game server from a remote location (like server is located at DC in Florida, I in MI) is it possible for me to still set it up or is this kind of thing done directly? I am not familier with installing/setting up game servers and I was just wondering should I attempt this or is it imposible?

I assuming it is, as a webhost who sets up servers dosn't do it directly on, but I never see any hosts offering Ragnarok servers, nor anyone ask, so I was wondering...

Thanks,
-Jason W.
