looing to do a merchant's account form, as i am already set up. Would anyone happen to know how to create a form. Any suggestions would be appreciated

It all depends. I dont understand your question. You have a merchant account and you want to setup a form? What do you want the form to do?

It depends on what merchant you got and if it's for like web transaction..It would be best if you ask them directly. They have special specification to setup your form order.
