Review for www.advancednetworkhosting.com or www.advancednetworkhosts.com or Advanced Network Hosting located at 799 Roosevelt Rd Ste #6-001, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 USA.
Warning, this host is unethical, uncontactable and acts fraudulently and does not honor their 30 day refund policy nor provide anything near a 99% uptime. I would never in a blue fit recommend Advanced Network Hosting, infact use any other hosting firm except AdvancedNetworkHosting.Com !! My web page was basically inaccessable for nearly a 2 weeks period, and performed slowly for the month preceeding this. AdvancedNetworkHosting.com was uncontactable by telephone, email and fax for this entire period. Support tickets generated were responded to with "what problem" or "we have no problem" or "try again now, the problem has been fixed." I eventually demanded to speak with the owner who apologised and to his credit, offered me 2 additional months free. Well, being for a whole $14 it hardly made any difference to the $10,000 of online orders that we had missed. I had 3 different web page monitoring tools telling me my uptime was between 70%-80% only. The first being my own tool, WhatsUpGold (I have retained the logs pending possible legal action against AdvancedNetworkhosting.com,) which is used by Cisco as part of their network monitoring tools. The second is Google Adwords which reported my webpage as inaccessible on many occasions, the third is the InternetSeer monitoring service that reported constand 20-30 minute outages on our web page. It was only AFTER I presented this undeniable evidence to ADVANCEDNETWORKHOSTS.COM that they finally promised to fix the problems, which until then, they had not accepted responsiblity for and even denied any fault existed. Below I have attached my correspondence from Google and AdvancedNetworkingHosts to substantiate these claims. Needless to say, the faults at Advanced Network Hosting continued. I told them I was going to change hosts as they were continuing to damage by business, they were uncontactable, unhelpful and unsympathetic to my problems being caused by them. They denied my 30 day money back guarantee and started ignoring me completely. It was only after I threatened to change hosts and dispute my credit card transaction that they said I was contracually bound and could not change to my chosen host (aparently Advanced Network Hosting was a break away group from the host I had chosen, go figure.) The reason I've decided to document this is that this company had the nerve to dispute, my credit card dispute. So not only did they not fix or even admit they had a problem until weeks had pasted and I presented them with undeinable evidense of faults on their network, refused to honor their 30 day refund policy, or provide anything close to a 99% uptime, they then further rubbed salt into my wounds by disputing my dispute! Now, I can prove without a doubt that our online sales suffered terribly during this 2 weeks period and were back to normal the same day I moved hosts - the very same day! I think I have more than enough real evidence to pursue them for damamges if it was at all worth my while, yet they threated me with legal action if I am to post this review of their hopeless and deceiptful practices. That just waving a red flag infront of the bull as far as I am concerned. They are free to sue me for what ever damages they like. They are the ones that crippled my business for over 2 weeks, and freedom of speach allows me to say anything, provide that it is true. So again, attached following is the admission from Advanced Networking Hosts owner, Doug Walker, of their fault and the impact on my domain. Firms such as this get that is coming to them, and word soon spreads about how they treat their customers. Furthermore, I never actually signed up or chose AdvancedNetworkHosts.com, I originally joinged another firm that appears to have sold its business to Doug Walker - I am not entiresly sure on this point. I've challenged my credit card transactions from AdvancedNetworkHosting.com and are anticipating a full refund through the credit card disputes system. ******* RESPONSE FROM GOOGLE TO ADVANCEDNETWORKHOSTING.COM ************** Hello Doug, Thank you for your email. About services: Your reseller plan seems to be quite expensive. Regards Dimitar

$10,000 worth sales in 2 weeks and yet your spending $7 a month for the hosting which is easy to tell it would be unreliable. No offense but that does not sound like a good business decision. The issues you are having are easily forseeable therefore you may want to hire a local computer tech to help you out with any future hosts you look at. Its like buying a brand new Ford Mustang over the internet for $4,000. Obviously there is something wrong when Ford charges it's dealers $15,000 for the car. Hi,
Yes, it does look that way on the service. but I had previously been with another host for many years without ever a single problem. My problems only started when this firm somehow took my account as part of a merger or buyout situation. I never selected them at all. They took my account! Also, our web page only started as a small support system but very quickly grew. We never saw any need to move or change it as our previous service provider (the one we chose and have since moved back to) provided everything that we needed. but yes, typivcally I'd agree with your comments too. Hello. I have have seen so many bad reviews about Advanced Networking Hosts and I have writen several myself. As a result of these reviews, I have recieved a LARGE number of direct emails from people who have had similar (or even worse) experiences with Advanced Network Hosts.
Therefore, I am forming a group of people looking to take legal action against this firm for misrepresenation, fraudulent activity and now damages. If you are also a victim of Advanced Network Hosts, please contact me at my web page at www.beatpsoriasis.com and click on Contact to reach me directly. The more people we have, the more chance we have of success. It will cost a small amount for the legal action, but it will be divided evenly by everybody who wants to be involved. It is also a small price to pay to send a loud message to this firm their attitude and disgraceful misrepresentation is not appreciatd in this industry. Thankyou. |

No offense but thats not a smart business decision either. Your willing to spent lots of time, effort, and stressfull time trying to get some closure on a bad business deal you made worth $7. Seven dollars to me would be worth less then a half hour of work. Be reasonable threats of people sueing happen all the time in this industry.
In fact we were threatened the other day by one of our clients that he was going to sue us because he had to upload his website to our servers and we would not do it for him. |

Hi. Thanks for your reply. It is not about the money at all. It is trying to prevent this unethical firm ripping more people off. I already have a growing groups of people in contact with me with similar experiences. This firm simply acts unethically and dishonestly and needs to be stopped. Yes, I know people make idol legal threats all the time, but I am not being idol and something will be done. Keep watching this space. |

Here here. Good for you! I appreciate it when honest and active customers take down the unethical web hosts. It just makes more confidence for the future buyers. Keep it up!
