Site has pop ups I didn't put in

I built a site for my client which is hosted at fatcow on a paying account.

We launched the site and pop up advertising is on it that we didn't put there. Fatcow says they took care of it, that there was malicious code on the iframeset. But the pop ups continue. Since my coder hand codes I don't see how pop up coding could have gotten in anyway. It is also loading 66 cookies.

The site started out at GoDaddy and it has no pop ups there.

    Anyone had a similar situation?

    Hello,

Popup windows could be created with JS, so check in Mozilla what .js files are loaded and which cause that problem. It seems as you hosting account is hacked. If that is the case then change your hosting account passwords, remove all site files and make new clear deployment.
