I am considering setting up a site with these guys.
Anyone here had any experience with them good or bad.

Thanks in advance.

Why do hosts do that?

I can never understand companies that offer a service yet fail to respond to e-mail!

All's been sorted out. Just they were 3 days late. But I must say, the service is actually good. They respond to (non-urgent)customer service within the day, and I'm impressed so far.
