Hi i need help from some one can help me with my problem!?

i buy a hosting space for 20GB 5/5 year and i pay $390 !

then after one month they are shut down and despair , at now they are comeback online and they discharge it look like we wasnt have deal ! when i contact to the main server , they told me , because of past due they are closing the server and they didnt pay the pastdue ! at now they are tilling me i did some thing wrong ... and they was contacting me .. some liyer stuff ! i was pay it with paypal , but its more then 30 day and i cant do any thing ! so then i report it o F.B.I. http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp , but i dont know what i can do more to get my money back or just kick thet *** , i dont know how meny pepole are buying from them , i find it from this damn Forum ! Just remeber do not buy from some stupid pepole as like them www.zeroconcept.net , with no identification no phone number no coracet address nothing !

first time they was tilling me we are moving and its take one week to getting the phone ... !

any way , i loosing my time and money ! just if any body have some helpful let me know ! Please

This is one of those cases where I would label it as,
"You get what you pay for". I would certainly suggest that you consider raising the bar on the amount of money your willing to spend on web hosting. Your not going to buy a brand new Ferrai Convertable for $10,000 (because something would certainly be wrong with it at that price).

We have a lot of customers that migrate to us after going through horrible experiences with other webhosts. And most are a bit unhappy with paying the extra money for good hosting at first, but after they use our service and talk to our techs they become much more satisified.

Run a whois command on them to find the owner of that domain. That should give you some insight of who owns that domain name and contact them with that info.

You say you have real hosting and cannot setup your server in a secure manner. Brilliant.

I had respect for you, then I found out that I already had you on my MSN and I lost a lot of that respect. The guy I know on MSN isn't like this.
