Starting webhosting, gamehosting, and voicehosting

Hello ive been doing some thinking and ive come to the conclusion that i want to start my own

*web hosting
*game server hosting
*voice server hosting

Ive finished the template at the moment here is how it looks :

FRONT PAGE :

All the other pages are done is well just takes long to upload, but i need a serious partner i can work with that is dedicated to these kind of things, and is willing to help out, i need someone that is good at coding and web design and is overall a good person to work with i will split 50/50 the money once we work and get customers!
