Stay away from FeaturePrice

Feature Price is the worst hosting service I have ever encountered for technical support. At one time they may have been good. Now I can't get them on the phone (sales, tech support). I've never got them on there chat service, and I hear from them about a week later after I send an e-mail. They never solved my simple request of adding my ssl certificate and have some times been down right nasty. I have no recourse in solving my problem, and granted I am somewhat technical, so if I could do it myself I would. You'll find other complaints about Feature Price all over the web, so I'm not the only one in this boat. I've sinced switched my domain, I have no patience for them any more after a month of trying to get this accomplished.
