To former FeaturePrice clients

I know a lot of you used FeaturePrice before they were acquired by Atlantic.Net. Are any of you receiving mail from FeaturePrice? I spoke with an Atlantic.Net representative who says that they have no ties with FeaturePrice and did not acquire them, so FeaturePrice is back on their own. However, I keep receiving email from them about "Web Hosting Renewal Due" and "Your FeaturePrice.com Order" from their company. They keep trying to bill my credit card and I don't know how to get them to stop.

If anyone else had this problem, please let me know. Or if anyone has a # for FeaturePrice that actually works, let me know. In the past four days, they billed me four times for $203.40 each time. :-\

Can anyone help me?

Also, I would like to add that I already logged into to my old control panel and removed my credit card (which I never authorized to be auto-billed). That was two days ago and they still have it. Also, I can't contact my bank until Tuesday, but I will do that, don't worry.

That sounds like a mess!

If I were you I'd just cancel my account with them and find a host that isnt having major trouble... An make real sure that those credit card charges get fixed...

I already do have another host. That's the thing. I had one for about 4 months now and haven't had a FeaturePrice account since.
