Try to run a site with a port other than 80

I have two websites on my machine. Each of them is assigned to a different port number.

1. My Default Site is Port 80
2. My Second Site is Port 98

Now I tried to modify IP address in my DNS.com account to something like this:
MYIPADDRESS:98

The DNS.com wouldnt' let me do it. Why?
I want to redirect my website domainname to my IP:98
So people will be able to see my second website, not the default one.

Someone help? Thanks.

You cannot specify a port in DNS. The URL used by the user needs to have port 98 included. You could instead configure the server to look for the header and that way redirect traffic to the right website.
