uk2 dedicated server experience?

hi,

probably about to buy a uk2.net dedicated server for a year and just wondered if anyone has one and could let me know what they think?

i know uk2 never answer the phone, but i'm quite happy with the specs etc. mainly interested to know if the performance is as it should be (pointing me at a site you host on a uk2 server would make me happy) and also, just to check what happens after i pay for the first year i.e.they don't start charging silly prices after that?

I got a server with UK2 in october last year, cobalt raq 4. good price, worked well, untill s8nday night when it stopped responding, emailed them, paged engineers, 48 hours ;later I'm moving to new hosts. I recon I've lost about $4000 in business through this, dread to think what its done for my reputation wioth my customers.
I dunno what their phone support is like, but if its anything like their email support, good luck.
