I cant decided between two hosts I want to buy hosting from. wha uptime should i be looking for to make sure there reliable. Here are their uptimes.

Would choose 1 too
Because a company with 100% uptime could mean that they don't do any maintainence at all. We all need a reset some time or another to keep the system running
