Hello,

If your customers are located in USA then you should go for USA based hosting, but if by example your visitors are from Germany then it will be much better to get European hosting.

Regards

It cannot be stated that servers of any particular location is best. The quality of service and level of customer support determines how good a server is.

Hi Dornaled,

Based on my experience of UK based hosting, it is no where near as good as US hosting. My server was having a real hard time trying to stay online and in the end it was having a 5 minute downtime every hour, but that was because I had used another host that is different to my normal host and they had been overselling their webspace.

I have a server in the States and it is very fast, its now been up for nearl 300 days without downtime (its a standard dedicated server) and its performing well.

I wouldn't leave US hosting now, I think it's best to stick to what you know!

I'm with BigWetFish, they are a great hosting company, 24 hour support with a fast turnaround and the staff are so friendly and helpful. - Website: http://bigwetfish.co.uk

Hope this helps!
