Web Hosting Help?

I'm looking into find a new web hosting company for my business.

I'll be hosting a max of 5 websites, low bandwidth, low disk space.

I have looked at http://www.jaguarpc.com but not sure if I should get the Reseller hosting or Semi-dedicated hosting.

I'm not sure if static IP is a must for sites that will be mainly local town sites and if semi-dedicated hosting is right for me?

I'm currently paying $30/month for a "dedicated server" that seems to be down all the time, and I wouldn't want to go over this amount.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you're paying for Semi-Dedicated rather than dedicated server at the price of $30 PM. I hope VPS might be one of the alternate option for you.

Who are you obtaining this $30 dedicated server from? Are you sure it's not a VPS instead?

Actually he is using a reseller on my dedicated. But its not like other resellers in the sense that I am not a host and just hosting my own sites off the server as well as his.

Jaguarpc.com are really nice, but their vps plan will definitely give you more freedom over your resources.
You can check HostV.com with double RAM in the offers and 50% off.
