i found acitech, they're offering rates at $9.95* a month with a full year subscription.

phpwebhosting seems like the most attractive one at $9.95 a month with "Un-metered disk space".

I think addahost.com does reviews

do a search on yahoo for "web host reviews" and you will get alot..

There are several other sites out there that review webhosting companies. A particularly good one is findhost.com. Also if you are looking to be a reseller you may want to stop by at recellar.com. Hope this helps

It is a funny name. But I'd had sites at lots of other companies before I'd started my own, and I'd found that most (not all) were really terrible in one way or another. I'd rather that just my name be terrible. It reminds me of what I didn't like about other hosting companies. So I (hopefully) don't screw up like them.
