Somewhat reliable, i would try and get a hold of anyone who has had experience with them before and find out.

Before you buy, why not try a support options to see how dedicated to support they are. Make sure look for virtuosonetsolutions reviews. Also, make sure there are solid guarantees in case you have problems.
