Which web host?
Hi guys,
Just wondering, when it comes to choosing web host,do you have any requirement like this also that you want to go for US/UK or any particular country based web host only? If yes, why? |

Do you two guys know each other? (How do you know he is called John)
If i was you (and i say this advisably for the benefit of the wider audience), I would choose a host based on :- - Size of company and number of years in operation. I would go for the big boys rather than the mom n pop companies. - Service providers rather than resellers - A company with several ways to connect to the net. - Service offering , control panels, scripting solutions, database backends, terminals, remote control, bandwidth etc - Cost relational to service (don't go for cheap cowboys) - Research the company and make sure it has visible records and you can see complaints, lists of directors etc etc against them. - Uptime of 50 sites can be seen on netcraft - Geographical location is gas (mind my language) - Some of these big boys offer Frontpage, Netfusion and a host of other free software at no cost. - Read their terms of service, ensure they have help pages etc |
